COLLECT WITH CONFIDENCE
Confidence in every find.
Our authenticity commitment applies to every item sold by Hobby House.
Our commitment
We do not knowingly sell counterfeit or misrepresented collectibles. For items sold directly by Hobby House, we review photos, condition and available provenance. Graded items are checked against the grading company’s certification record, together with the card, label and holder. A certificate match alone is not conclusive.
Marketplace listings by other collectors
Community sellers publish their own listings. Publication alone does not mean Hobby House has authenticated the item.
What we disclose
Listings identify the product, condition, grading company and certification when applicable. We disclose known alteration, restoration, damaged holders or packaging issues. Pack contents and hits depend on the manufacturer’s stated guarantees.
If authenticity is questioned
Contact us with your order reference, photos and the reason for concern, at any time. Keep the collectible and packaging intact while we review it. We may ask for an independent assessment. If an item sold by Hobby House is confirmed counterfeit or materially misrepresented, we arrange its return at our expense and refund the item price and the original delivery charge.
Independent grading
PSA, BGS, SGC and CGC are independent grading companies. Hobby House is not their authorized partner or agent. A grade is an assessment of condition, not a guarantee of future value.
