Submitting an item requests a review. It does not transfer ownership or authorize a sale.
What to submit
Provide clear front, back and condition photos, and the category, year, player or character, set, card number, grading details and asking price. You must own the item or have written authority to sell it. Disclose any alteration, restoration, resealing or uncertain provenance.
Before we accept an item
We agree in writing on the accepted condition, asking or reserve price, commission, any additional costs, listing period, storage and shipping, and payout timing. No item is listed without your approval of those terms. Do not ship an item until we give you acceptance and delivery instructions.
Commission and payout
The fee and estimated net payout are quoted for your item before acceptance. Payout follows the completed sale and the buyer’s cleared payment, on the schedule in your written agreement.
Unsold items and disputes
Your agreement states what happens if an item remains unsold, if you ask for it back, or if authenticity or condition is disputed. Suspected counterfeits are not listed. We tell you the reason for a rejection or for any further review.
