Before you pay

We confirm the delivery method, total cost and estimated delivery window before payment. An overseas manufacturer release date is not a Dominican Republic arrival date. An item marked Coming Soon does not reserve stock or guarantee a delivery date.

Packing and tracking

Cards travel in protective holders and rigid packaging. Sealed boxes receive outer protection. We share tracking or delivery coordination once the order is dispatched. Please check the recipient’s name, telephone number and address.

High-value collectibles

Before accepting payment for a high-value shipment, we agree on the carrier, declared value, available coverage and recipient signature. We do not describe an item as insured unless the coverage is confirmed.

Pickup and international orders

Pickup is by prior arrangement only. International shipping requires an individual quote, including any known charges and who pays import costs. Contact us before placing an international order.
